Job Description:

The Customer Support Advisor is responsible for providing an ongoing and efficient customer-focused support service to Property Managers and clients. Key responsibilities and tasks include:

  • Client & Customer Interaction: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally, ensuring timely and grammatically correct responses.
  • Service Standards & Communication: Maintain politeness, clarity, and professionalism in all interactions while meeting customer expectations.
  • Issue Resolution & Administration: Address portfolio-related instructions, monitor contractor service delivery, and process insurance claims efficiently.
  • Property Visits & Monitoring: Accompany Property Managers on site visits and ensure service levels are upheld.
  • Decision-Making & Problem-Solving: Assess situations logically, provide reasoned responses, and contribute to process improvements.
  • Customer Satisfaction & Continuous Improvement: Actively seek ways to enhance service delivery, identify trends, and exceed customer expectations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Basic IT skills (word-processing and spreadsheets).
  • Industry-specific systems (e.g. Propman / FixFlo) knowledge is desirable but not essential as training will be provided.
  • A good communicator (both written and oral), able to motivate both the direct staff and on-site staff to provide a user-friendly and customer-oriented management service.
  • Organised and proactive.
