You will be working alongside highly regarded team, known in the Weybridge area for its quality work. The firm has award winning staff for its supportive and welcoming culture.  As the new Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include: 

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Negotiating and drafting contracts
• Property finance
• Corporate support
• Residential development

To be successful with your Commercial Property Solicitor application you must:

• Have experience in commercial property/residential development
• Be NQ to 3 PQE as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
