About the Role
As a Farm Workshop Manager, you'll oversee the daily maintenance and repair of farm machinery, ensuring all equipment is running smoothly to support operations. Your day will involve diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues on tractors, harvesters, and other essential equipment, as well as managing a small team of mechanics and workshop staff. You'll be responsible for scheduling routine servicing, sourcing parts, and maintaining an organized and safe workshop.
