Companion call with an elderly lady – assisting with shopping, days out etc

Driving Licence required

3 days a week ( you choose the best suited day to yourself)

13:00 – 15:00 ( can be flexible)

Are you passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives? Keystone Healthcare is looking for a Complex Care Assistant to provide exceptional care, with this particular placement you will be required to work ANY 3 days a week 13:00 – 15:00 on whichever 3 days you choose!

?? What You’ll Do:

• Assist with personal care tasks, including stoma and catheter care, mobility support, and medication administration
• Deliver person-centred care tailored to each individual’s needs
• Monitor health conditions and ensure accurate documentation
• Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' well-being
• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to implement care plans
• Support clients with transport to appointments and social activities

?? What We’re Looking For:

• 6 months experience in care (i.e. working with disabilities, long-term conditions, elderly)
• Strong communication skills and empathy for clients
• A compassionate, proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help others
• Right to work in the UK
• Trustworthy and reliable
