As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will:

Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities for students

Provide one-on-one support to students with SEN.

Help prepare teaching materials and resources, ensuring a well-organized classroom.

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment by promoting student participation and engagement.

Support the implementation of behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior.

A positive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work across different year groups and subjects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A passion for fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

Enhanced DBS check will be required (or willingness to undergo one)

Previous experience is desirable but not essential
