What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide precise insight and analysis into the performance of our repair network, identifying and mitigating risks in reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through rigorous analysis and validation.
  • Review and enhance current reporting processes to drive improvements.
  • Support financial forecasting internally and externally, presenting insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Conduct scenario testing to assess financial performance impacts.
  • Identify emerging trends through data analysis and collaborate with operational leaders to address key drivers.
  • Ensure a robust financial reporting control framework to minimise risk.
  • Work with Group Finance teams to maintain effective, and fair financial processes through communication and meaningful challenge.

What We’re Looking For

  • ACCA or CIMA qualification.
  • Strong proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and reporting, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience working with large datasets, identifying trends, and spotting risks within complex details.
  • Confidence in applying data integration techniques to conduct root cause analysis and drive informed decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across finance and operational teams, ensuring processes are fit for purpose.
