We are currently partnering with a leading global organisation to find a dynamic Order to Cash (O2C) Finance Manager to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of global O2C procedures and processes, providing training and monitoring performance
  • Identify and manage continuous improvement initiatives within the O2C process
  • Lead a global team of skilled professionals, ensuring effective collaboration and high performance
  • Own the O2C processes, acting as the subject matter expert and providing guidance across the business
  • Work closely with the Internal Control and SOX teams to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs and performance targets outlined in Service Level Agreements
  • Mentor and develop current team members, fostering a culture of growth and excellence
  • Spearhead the implementation of automated billing solutions to enhance efficiency
  • Provide ad hoc support to the wider team as needed
