This is a unique opportunity to take a leading role in a dynamic, high growth Supply Chain & Operations practice. As a Senior Manager, you will drive strategic transformation, develop innovative supply chain solutions, and collaborate with leading businesses across multiple industries. This role demands both strategic vision and hands-on leadership, seamlessly integrating high-level planning with real-world execution.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement cutting-edge supply chain strategies that enhance efficiency and drive business transformation.
- Lead end-to-end Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) initiatives, ensuring seamless alignment between supply and demand.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across diverse sectors—including Consumer, Manufacturing, Retail, and Automotive—to tackle critical supply chain challenges.
- Leverage data-driven insights to improve decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Work directly on-site at the factory floor level, ensuring the practical implementation of solutions alongside client teams.
- Bridge the gap between analysis, strategy, and execution, delivering measurable business results.
- Extensive expertise in Supply Chain Planning, with a strong focus on strategy, transformation, and business planning.
- Proven hands-on experience in S&OP, including direct exposure to factory floor operations.
- A blend of consulting and industry experience—current consulting experience, with previous industry experience providing valuable depth (preferred).
- Exceptional analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a track record of driving change in complex, high-stakes environments.
- Experience working across multiple sectors.
Location: UK-based (London contractual base) with regular domestic and international travel.
A Master’s degree and/or MBA is strongly preferred, along with an excellent academic record.
