Maintenance Plumber ( In-House Team) – Kings Cross, London – Facilities Management

Our client is a prestigious private accommodation complex located in the heart of London, close to Kings Cross. Their facility is known for its high standards of living and exceptional service.

They are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Plumber to join our team of four experienced engineers.

As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of all plumbing systems within our complex. You will work closely with a team of engineers to provide high-quality service and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform routine inspections and maintenance of plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and fittings – taps, sinks, toilets, shower systems.
2. Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, such as leaks, blockages, and water pressure problems.
3. Install and maintain water heaters, boilers, and other plumbing appliances.
4. Collaborate with the engineering team to plan and execute plumbing projects and upgrades.
5. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
7. Provide excellent customer service to residents and address their plumbing concerns promptly.

Requirements:

1. Relevant plumbing qualifications and certifications.
2. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
3. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
5. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
6. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Salary & Benefits:

1. £38,500.00 + £1,200.00 Call Out Allowance = £39,700.00 Per Annum
2. Monday to Friday
3. 08:00 till 16:00
4. 25 Days Annual Leave
