As the P2P Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. You’ll lead the charge on driving process improvements and automation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to make a measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor the P2P team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
  • Prepare and present P2P performance reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee the P2P process across the region, ensuring alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.
  • Act as the escalation point for vendor disputes, payment issues, and other P2P challenges.
  • Drive automation efforts.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal risk management requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven leadership experience in P2P or Accounts Payable, preferably within a shared service or multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and risk management (SOX compliance preferred).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership.
  • A history of driving process improvements and enforcing PO compliance.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.

  • A demonstrable background of working within management in payables.
  • Ability to embed quickly and strategically into a new environment.
