As the P2P Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end P2P operations, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment execution. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the P2P team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing and payment execution.
- Prepare and present P2P performance reports to senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations.
- Oversee the P2P process across the region, ensuring alignment with company policies and contractual obligations.
- Act as the escalation point for vendor disputes, payment issues, and other P2P challenges.
- Drive automation efforts.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal risk management requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership experience in P2P or Accounts Payable, preferably within a shared service or multinational environment.
- Strong understanding of compliance, internal controls, and risk management (SOX compliance preferred).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage with senior leadership.
- A history of driving process improvements and enforcing PO compliance.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and drive strategic improvements.

- A demonstrable background of working within management in payables.
