We have an exciting opportunity for an Interim Project Support Officer to join us! This is a full-time, one-year fixed term role with hybrid working, and a salary of £28,193 – £32,104 per annum.

Your Role Will Involve

  • Providing administrative support to Programme and Project Managers, which includes arranging, attending and note taking at meetings, liaising with project teams to update, capture and follow up on outstanding actions.
  • Documenting and maintaining project records and information including toolkits, action logs, project plans and risk and issues logs.
  • Identifying, recording and escalating matters relating to project risk, issues, and assumptions to Project Managers.
  • Engaging with a wide range of stakeholders internally and externally including partners.
  • Producing monthly reports, charts and data for various project boards.

What We Are Looking For

  • A motivated individual with a background in project support or business support functions.
  • A knowledge of project management processes.
  • An advanced knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications.
  • Experience of using PowerBI, whilst not essential, would be an advantage.
  • A flexible individual who can work on multiple tasks simultaneously supporting Programme and Project Managers.
  • Previous experience of working to tight deadlines.
  • Good communication skills to liaise across Service areas and teams.
