A major international firm with one of the leading commercial real estate practices in the UK, our client would like to recruit a UK qualified commercial property lawyer, ideally with at least 2 years’ post-qualified experience gained within another highly regarded London or major regional commercial real estate team. This team has a strong standalone real estate practice, with minimal corporate support, and associates are not siloed into different sub-teams but work with all the partners on the full range of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions, commercial landlord and tenant and development, across various sectors including, eg hotels, energy & renewables (etc).
