Key Responsibilities of the Sustainability Consultant role:
- Developing tailored sustainability strategies for clients to meet corporate sustainability goals.
- Managing environmental and health & wellbeing assessments (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, Fitwel) and certifications.
- Providing advice on sustainable practices such as water efficiency, energy, circular economy, and health & wellbeing.
- Conducting Post Occupancy Evaluations (POE).
- Managing project budgets and reporting costs.
- Maintaining client relationships and pursuing new business opportunities.
To be considered for this Sustainability Consultant role you must have:
- A degree in a Science, environmental, engineering, architecture, or energy discipline.
- Experience delivering sustainability strategies and certifications from early stages.
- Strong customer-facing experience, including presenting sustainability strategies and leading workshops.
- In-depth knowledge of UK building sustainability policies and regulations, especially for energy and planning in London.
- (Ideally) be a BREEAM Assessor/AP, WELL AP, LEED AP, or Fitwel Ambassador qualifications.
