This is an entry level position in a Tokyo based role. The company will support providing a visa to live and work in Japan!
What You'll be Doing:
- Selling/organising group packages and MICE products to clients
- Prepare action plans and identify specific targets
- Present and sell services to current and potential clients
- Create travel plans in accordance with client’s requirements
- Research the best options for hotels, where to visit, and what/where to eat
- Take quotations for flights, entertainment and events, accommodation, meeting rooms, transfers, etc.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations, and sales contracts
- Follow up potential clients to receive the order
- Negotiate with suppliers to meet the clients’ needs
The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English and Japanese (Japanese N1 or N2)
- Experience in the hospitality industry (ideally travel industry)
- Presentation skills using PowerPoint, Excel, or Word
