We are looking for Senior Sales Associates with experience in style advising for our affluent customers at one of our stores in King\’s Road – Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Hampstead, or Marylebone. Job Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards; keep the store fully stocked. Identify customers\’ needs and preferences; create a best-seller list. Greet and welcome customers elegantly; assist in fitting rooms and promote add-on sales. Participate actively in deliveries and re-planning; stay updated with product information. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Follow all company policies and procedures. Aim to provide high-class customer service and increase company growth and revenue by maximizing sales. Requirements and Skills: Proven experience in retail sales. Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Proficiency in English. Track record of exceeding sales KPIs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality. This is a full-time position.
