We are seeking a qualified Careers Adviser to join the team to plan, deliver and evaluate careers information, advice, and guidance activities as part of our Widening Participation and Outreach programme. This role involves specialist input into events delivered on campus, in addition to conducting outreach activities (careers guidance interviews and group work) in schools and colleges located throughout London.

A relevant careers guidance qualification and experience of working across the curriculum delivering IAG activities is required for this role. Good organisation, self-motivation and the ability to exercise initiative is required along with the ability to prioritise workload independently while working as part of a busy team. Highly developed interpersonal skills are also required to develop partnerships with external agencies and organisations and work with a wide range of staff. Excellent team working skills are also needed.
