As a Sales Executive, you will possess sales and business experience and a comprehensive understanding of complex customers. You will have the capability to adapt and enjoy collaboration. You will increase revenue and foster customer relationships within the AECO industry. You will work with existing customers, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal and channel teams to achieve sales targets, meet business objectives, and ensure customer satisfaction. You will report to the Director for Field Sales.

As a Territory Account Sales Executive in the UK, you will help increase our growth and expand our market presence. We value hybrid working, and if you live near enough to one of our offices, you are welcome to work there some or all of the time, but remote working is also supported within the United Kingdom.
Responsibilities- You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- You will identify and prospect customers, build a pipeline, and convert leads into successful sales opportunities.
- You will establish and maintain strong relationships with important decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within important customers.
- You will conduct needs assessments and provide the right solutions to meet customer requirements.
- You will maintain an understanding of our product portfolio, pricing structures, and contractual agreements.
- You have a sales track record carrying a quota in a direct-led mid-market sales environment offering complex business solutions.
- You have sales process and account planning skills (TAS, Value-based Selling).
- You have executive selling and relationship experience.
- You have a track record in growing large and complex customers.
- You have experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects.
- You achieve targets and exceed customer expectations.
- You have experience balancing multiple sales opportunities.
- Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry experience would be advantageous but is not a requirement.
- You are customer-centric and customer-focused.
- You are motivated to understand your customer's priorities and help them achieve their vision and business goals.
- You are competent to orchestrate your extended account teams.
Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location.
