In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for leading customer retention and revenue growth within your territory of restaurants in London.
- Be in tune with the local restaurant industry and proactively engage with our restaurant customers.
- Innovate in overcoming customer obstacles and provide constructive perspectives to challenge current thinking.
- Meet and exceed goals on a monthly, bi-annually, and annual basis.
Meeting your goals is centred around your ability to:
- Work closely with customers to increase product and feature adoption, improve their online availability and ultimately grow their business through our partnership.
- Become a trusted adviser to our customers and influence an ongoing retention of their business with us.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and upsell opportunities.
- Maintain an expert level of understanding of all products and services that OpenTable offers.
- Proactively incorporate company strategies into your work and constantly look for opportunities to increase your impact with customers.
- Work independently and as part of a collaborative team, sharing best practices and learning from others.
- Be highly visible and frequently face-to-face with our customers in the field.
- Manage time effectively, ensuring a balance between on-site visits and virtual meetings to improve efficiency and impact.
- Stay current with organisational changes, initiatives, and vision.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and key internal stakeholders.
