We have an exciting opportunity for a Employer Brand Manager on a part time, maternity cover/ FTC basis, to join our Employee Communications & Engagement team. This role will lead on the communication and development of our employer brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP), as part of our focus on being a destination employer and delivering a brilliant employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the ongoing development of our EVP with a comprehensive communications plan, ensuring that it is engaging, clearly articulated, well understood and valued by all employees, as part of our engagement strategy.
- Work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to leverage and communicate our employer brand to attract, hire, engage and retain the best candidates as part of our recruitment strategy.
- Drive the strategic direction and optimisation of external platforms including the Just Careers website, Glassdoor and Indeed.
- Drive the visibility and reputation of Just by identifying, managing, and maximising opportunities for recognition through targeted entries for awards and strategic PR initiatives.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to attract top talent across business functions, leveraging platforms such as LinkedIn, Google and Programmatic to drive traffic to our careers site and increase awareness.
- Act as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for all initiatives related to our EVP and employer brand, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Empower key stakeholders by creating scalable resources such as toolkits, templates, and campaign guides to ensure consistent and effective resourcing efforts.
- Oversee and optimise the companyβs social media calendar to ensure all communications are planned, aligned with overarching brand and business objectives to maximise impact and engagement.
- Manage the partnership with the external agency, fostering a collaborative relationship through regular weekly meetings to align on current initiatives, plan future projects, and ensure delivery of high-value outcomes.
Skills and Experience:
- Marketing/branding/communication experience working on EVP and employer branding strategy planning and implementation.
- Previously managed a CMS tool, e.g. a career website and/or intranet.
- Previous experience using social media/digital skills to support an employer brand e.g. LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Strong organisation and planning skills.
- Degree or equivalent in Communications/Marketing or related discipline (desirable but not essential).
