Enterprise Account Executive (Core Accounts - Czech Republic & Romania)

This is a remote role and can be based anywhere in Switzerland, the UK or Germany. Databricks operates at the forefront of the Unified Data Analytics and AI space. As we expand across Eastern Europe, we seek an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Executive to join our team in Zurich, Munich, or London. The role focuses on expanding our existing business in the Czech Republic, Romania, and the wider CEE region. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will strengthen established relationships and close new opportunities within a targeted portfolio of enterprise clients, leveraging your knowledge of Data, Analytics, and AI to provide value. Key responsibilities include: Developing strategies to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals for your key accounts. Building relationships with decision-makers, including C-level executives, to establish trust and provide expert guidance on Data & AI. Identifying and developing new business opportunities and expanding use cases within your accounts. Coordinating internal teams to maximize impact and deliver value. Guiding negotiations and closing deals effectively. Desired skills and experience: Proven success in meeting sales quotas and KPIs, with experience selling complex software to large enterprise clients in the Czech Republic and/or Romania and the wider CEE region. Understanding of consumption-based sales models and demand creation that delivers business value. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and account planning. Ability to build effective teams and develop partner strategies. Fluent in English and Czech or Romanian.
