Corporate Group Air Travel Consultant

Overview ALTOUR is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Group Air Consultant to join our dynamic team. This position is responsible for booking reservations for meeting and group travel, ensuring each project meets the unique specifications outlined by our clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in corporate travel and be proficient in working with the Sabre GDS, consolidator fares, and airline block space bookings. This role will be eligible for a bonus based on the company’s financial goal achievement and individual performance. Responsibilities Handle inbound calls and emails from customers arranging meeting and group travel. Develop and manage reservations according to client needs and specific group requirements. Research and identify the most cost-effective transportation options, ensuring the best available GDS, Consolidator, or Web fare. Complete all reservations in a timely, accurate, and organized manner, adhering to meeting/group guidelines and specifications. Maintain excellent communication with clients and vendors to ensure smooth execution of travel arrangements. Qualifications 3-5 years experience in booking corporate travel reservations. Expert agent skills in Sabre – creating PNR\’s – booking flights – pricing – handling exchanges. Ability to work with the airline and book block space. Excellent travel industry knowledge. If internal, candidate must have the recommendation of their department head to be eligible for the position.
