Are you an experienced VMware Architect looking for your next challenge? We're seeking a highly skilled contractor to join our team in Stevenage on a long-term project. This will start on site and move into a remote/hybrid role after a short time frame.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design, implement, and support VMware vSphere and vSAN, ideally with vSAN Express Storage Architecture (ESA)
- Plan, regulate, test, and maintain computer operations and integrations
- Produce technical documentation, procedures, and new solutions
- Work collaboratively with support teams to meet contractual requirements
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring needs are met within the agreed support framework
- Contribute to team milestones, SLAs, and KPIs
What We're Looking For:
- Strong expertise in VMware vSphere and vSAN
- Good understanding of IT integration, support, and team collaboration
- Effective communication skills to work with technical and business teams
- Ability to work within a multi-skilled engineering team
