Transaction Manager (Occupier Accounts) Job ID 116252 Posted 18-May-2023 Service line Advisory Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Transaction Management Location(s) London – England – United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Manchester – England – United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Account Lead Role Purpose The Account Lead is responsible for leading a major client account by assisting and supporting the CBRE Leadership team in managing all aspects of the account evolution, including expansion (geography / scope), service levels, contract renewal, team development and overall profitability. They will be responsible for the management of all real estate services and operations of client\’s sites across all regions to ensure a consistent and high level of service delivery. Key Responsibilities -Acts as single point of contact in the global account team and develops positive relationships with the client for all real estate services issues in the region -Responds to problems and concerns that are recurring or of a sensitive nature; enforces policy, rules, and regulations -Plans and manages on site real estate operation teams among different locations/cities in term of staffing, training, and evaluating operations maintenance and support personnel -Manage contractual relationships and works with the Client\’s Representative to assure excellent service delivery to Client\’s branch networks, and reviews and monitors global and regional performance in line of KPI or SLA -Research new programs or processes with CBRE global and regional expert network to improve quality/costs/performance for the Client -Support Account Team to monitor and modify the services deliverables in accordance to the change of client\’s business needs -Reviews and negotiates contract documents, to ensure consistency and adherence with client master contract and CBRE\’s corporate standards (Including Insurance requirements and price standards).
