Client Onboarding – Graduate level
Graduate Operations role within the Client Onboarding Team of a boutique investment company in West London – up to £35K plus benefits
This established and successful investment advisory company of c.200 in London HQ are looking for a bright and detail orientated graduate to join their Client Onboarding team of 4. You will be joining at a junior level but with the support of Senior Associates to train you, so you must be a self-starter and highly motivated to work in a small but very busy team.
You will be the first point of the client journey, so providing exceptional service is imperative. You will be reviewing client documentation relating to opening new accounts, ensuring financial regulations and AML requirements are adhered to and reviewing KYC documentation. You will be comfortable acting as a go between for the Compliance team and Investment Managers – ensuring that clients have provided the correct documentation, chasing for missing documentation and managing timelines and expectations.
Must have an exceptionally high level of attention to detail, be happy dealing with large volumes of documentation and be able to decipher and stay on top of ever-changing financial regulation – you don’t need prior experience in this field but must be willing to learn and have an interest in compliance / KYC / financial regulations. You will be happy in a high pressure, fast paced environment and be highly organised to know exactly where in the process each account is up to.
Would suit a graduate with an interest or background in legal / compliance / financial regulation, ideally with 6-12 months’ office experience, who is happy communicating at a very senior level and managing expectations in a diplomatic and professional manner.
