As a Senior Operations Manager, you will support the Account Manager in delivering outstanding facilities management across client sites, ensuring excellence in hard and soft services.
What you'll do:
- Overseeing day-to-day operations, assigning and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring service delivery meets Sodexo’s high standards.
- Leading, mentoring, and managing on-site Sodexo teams to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance programs.
- Driving innovation in service delivery while minimising disruptions to business operations.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.
