Senior Operations Manager

As a Senior Operations Manager, you will support the Account Manager in delivering outstanding facilities management across client sites, ensuring excellence in hard and soft services.

What you'll do:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations, assigning and monitoring performance goals, and ensuring service delivery meets Sodexo’s high standards.
• Leading, mentoring, and managing on-site Sodexo teams to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality assurance programs.
• Driving innovation in service delivery while minimising disruptions to business operations.
• Collaborating with stakeholders and maintaining strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction.

What you'll bring:

• A strong background in Operations Management, ideally within facilities management or related sectors.
• Extensive leadership experience in managing large, diverse teams and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Proven experience in quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage costs while achieving performance targets.
• The ability to handle complex challenges, provide effective solutions, and drive operational efficiencies.
• A proactive approach to customer service, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
