The role is of a Supply Chain Coordinator & Sales Support. Join Bandai Namco in Richmond and play a key role in the video games industry, working with some of the most iconic gaming franchises in the world. Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment?

As a Logistics & Supply Chain Coordinator, you will manage relationships with our external logistics partner, ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of goods to our retail partners and distributors in the Nordic region and providing cover for the UK Logistics position where necessary. You will report directly to the UK Sales Director.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter and receipt POs for internal and external stock purchases.
  • Activate new products in the company database.
  • Input of orders received from retail partners.
  • Keep track of build deadlines and assist the sales director with due information.
  • Keep close track of orders in the system, monitoring possible missing orders and sell-out scenarios.
  • Keeping retail partners up to date with deliveries on a regular basis.
  • Allocate stock and schedule customer order delivery dates.
  • Responsible for the raising of credit notes relating to promotional periods and RMAs for returns.
  • Contacting retail partners to ensure all orders on the system are live and cancelling down back orders where necessary.
  • Maintaining customer price lists in the ERP system.
  • Actively suggest replenishing orders to the Sales Director.
  • Ensure the external logistics partner complies with all necessary laws and regulations.
  • Sending reports to BNEU central relating to shipments.
  • Manage monthly (remote) and annual physical stock count (physical).
