An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager/Contracts Manager to join our team delivering a variety of construction refurbishment projects across London and the South-East. Trinity was established in 1992 and in 2019 became owned by its employees. We are an employee ownership trust. We work in the commercial, industrial, residential, health and education sectors undertaking projects from £10,000 to £3,000,000. We are seeking an intermediate level candidate who is looking to develop their career to a more senior role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Supporting Site Managers through regular site visits.
  • Recording of variations and costings.
  • Sub-contractor procurement and management.
  • Procurement of plant & materials.
  • Negotiating and meeting the clients design team and contract administrators.
  • Supporting delivery of health and safety.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in project management / contract management within construction.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • NVQ level 5, higher or equivalent.
  • SMSTS.
  • CSCS Black Card or similar.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in construction management.
  • Background with main contractor.
