We are seeking an experienced manager with strong commercial acumen to manage teams made up of commercial and underwriting professionals. You will be responsible for leading the business to success; for delivery of budgeted income, management of costs, and delivery of EBITDA & KPI targets.
In addition, you will provide operational leadership to ensure everything is in place to meet the financial objectives for the business, customer services, sales, product, and people.
