Job Description

Our Resourcing Specialists are a critical part of the Heathrow hiring experience. You will support our Resourcing Partners in the delivery of recruitment campaigns, helping us to make quality recruitment decisions, while providing applicants with an excellent candidate experience and positioning Heathrow as an employer of choice.

Your remit will stretch across advertising vacancies, direct sourcing, managing applications, candidate screening, organising and facilitating assessment activities, making offers and providing candidate feedback. You will need to bring experience of some of these areas to be successful.

Your role will involve

  1. Supporting the Resourcing Partner to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring an excellent candidate and stakeholder experience and upholding the brand values of Heathrow as an employer of choice.
  2. Using Heathrow’s internal and external channels to promote career opportunities, using an engaging and inclusive approach.
  3. Assisting in the delivery of candidate shortlists by pre-screening initial applications, shortlisting, organising online assessments and supporting first interviews.
  4. Organising assessment activities to enable the timely delivery of campaigns. This includes booking venues, ensuring assessor attendance, and inviting candidates.
  5. Helping with the delivery of assessment events, facilitating best practice recruitment decision making.
  6. Presenting offers to candidates and delivering constructive feedback after assessment, ensuring that all candidates benefit from valuable insights following the recruitment process and are left with a positive experience.

These Skills Are Essential

  1. Previous experience delivering a best practice recruitment service that promotes diversity and inclusion.
  2. Organisation skills, with the ability to work at pace and effectively manage multiple activities simultaneously.
  3. Proven ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, including influencing senior managers.
  4. Passion for creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
  5. High levels of attention to detail.
  6. Strong written and verbal communication.

Working Location

Our Hybrid working approach offers the opportunity for colleagues in some roles to work from home for an average of two days a week, providing the flexibility to work in an agile way whilst ensuring we deliver for the operational needs of Heathrow. Working arrangements vary from team to team and will be confirmed during the recruitment process. You’ll need to be based in the UK and within a commutable distance to Heathrow.
