We are seeking a Training Planning Officer to join our team, reporting to the Crew Planning Training Manager. The role involves planning and maintaining training rosters for pilots and cabin crew, focusing on minimizing fatigue and related impacts. Responsibilities include developing training manuals, generating statistics, testing AIMs systems, assisting in budgeting, and managing the AIMs training module. This position is vital for smooth operational delivery.
What you need for this role
Ideally, you have around two years of experience in planning or operational delivery. Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential, along with an analytical mindset for roster quality improvement. Customer focus and commitment to excellent service are also required.
Proficiency in AIMS Crew Tracking or similar systems, knowledge of Pilot and Cabin training footprints, and understanding of EASA FTL and crew compliance regulations are necessary to perform effectively.
