About the role

As a SDR Manager you will lead and grow our European outbound SDR function, generating pipeline with potential customers from Mid Market through to Enterprise. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience building high performing teams that can drive outbound pipeline in a B2B SaaS environment. You'll have the opportunity to structure the SDR team and implement new strategies, while coaching, developing and driving success for the SDR team and in turn, for the wider organisation.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Generating pipeline for Builder products through successful outbound sales strategies to drive top of the funnel pipeline.
  • Ensuring the team qualifies pipeline effectively to support Sales.
  • Defining personalisation strategies and creating effective cadences/messaging to resonate with our ideal customer profile.
  • Recruiting, coaching and optimising a team of SDRs, as well as structuring the team and designing territories.
  • Assigning and maintaining daily and weekly sales metrics and continuing to track and analyse these in order to drive team performance.
  • Working with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, rev ops and enablement to maximise success for the team.
  • Conducting regular data-based reporting to sales leadership.
  • Ensuring excellent sales hygiene and proper use of the CRM system and sales tools, for you and your team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience with 2+ years managing a high performing SDR team in a SaaS organisation.
  • Proven success leading an outbound SDR function, achieving set pipeline targets.
  • Self-starter with proven track record of success.
  • Experience in creating opportunities across all segments, MM to Enterprise.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce (or similar CRM system) and other sales data and engagement tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Passionate and results-driven.
