My client is a Kent based, successful, expanding Main Contractor who specializes in responsive repairs and maintenance, construction, and roofing contracts. They have been proudly established for almost 60 years and employ over 40 staff from their regional Head Office in Bromley, with a projected turnover of approximately £7m.
Projects undertaken are often in the education, residential, and landscape sectors - but predominantly in the Social Housing market where they have a healthy pipeline of work with Housing Associations and Local Authorities throughout the Home Counties and M25 region. The Company fully invests in their staff and undertakes extensive training for its workforce. They place great emphasis on quality both in their work and in their workplace culture - which is a friendly, team-spirited environment.
Due to an increase in work, my client is currently seeking a skilled Contracts Manager who must have experience in a wide range of Roofing Contracts and Social Housing maintenance. You will be responsible for managing Site Managers/Supervisors on a number of sites and ensuring the smooth running of contracts. You will report directly to the MD and will be supported by both the administration and commercial team.
With 5-10 years of experience, you will understand all aspects of managing the Roofing, Refurbishment, and Maintenance contracts for public sector and private clients. Salary will be very competitive and will reflect level and experience. This is a 5-day-a-week, predominantly office-based position in Bromley - with site visits. (No hybrid option available).
