A leading US "white shoe" law firm is seeking to expand its highly regarded Leveraged Finance practice in London. Our Finance team has an exceptional reputation for advising on intricate financing transactions, often collaborating with other practice areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, restructuring, investment funds, and projects. The team represents private equity sponsors, public and private companies, and investment funds on their most challenging transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising on a wide range of leveraged finance transactions, including:

Secured credit facilities
High-yield debt
Unsecured credit facilities
Convertible bonds
Project and infrastructure financing
Restructurings

Working closely with senior partners and clients on high-profile deals

Developing strong client relationships

Contributing to the growth of the London Leveraged Finance practice

Taking on significant responsibility and supporting the development of junior associates

Required Skills and Experience:

2-5 years of PQE in leveraged finance at a top-tier law firm
Strong academic record
Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong client service orientation
Experience in one or more areas of leveraged finance is essential
