Senior Sales Executive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, playing a pivotal role in securing reservations, contract exchanges, and completions of new homes. In this leadership-focused position, you will drive sales performance, mentor junior team members, and ensure an outstanding customer experience. Youโ€™ll take ownership of the sales process, maintain the highest presentation standards for our sales areas, and proactively contribute to achieving and exceeding company targets. If you\โ€™re an experienced sales professional with a passion for property, leadership, and exceptional customer service, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Sales Performance: Lead by example in achieving and surpassing sales targets, ensuring consistent reservations, contract exchanges, and completions.
Customer Experience Excellence: Guide customers through their home-buying journey, providing expert advice and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact to handover.
Mentorship & Team Support: Assist in training and mentoring junior sales team members, sharing best practices and supporting their professional development.
Strategic Market Insights: Conduct market research, monitor competitor activity, and provide valuable insights to inform pricing and sales strategies.
Sales Process Management: Maintain accurate records, follow up on leads, and drive the timely progression of sales while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Show Home & Sales Area Presentation: Take responsibility for the presentation and readiness of sales areas, ensuring they reflect the highest brand standards.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, marketing, and external agents to maximise sales opportunities and streamline the customer journey.
Problem-Solving & Negotiation: Address customer concerns, overcome objections, and negotiate effectively to close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in new home sales or a strong track record in a senior sales role.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and support junior team members.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing and mortgage application processes.
  • Ability to analyse market trends and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Proficiency in sales systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Resilient, target-driven, and capable of working under pressure to meet and exceed objectives.
