We’re looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our dynamic delivery team for an exciting new project with a tier-1 sports organisation. What You’ll Be Doing:
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the delivery of consumer-facing software products independently, from concept to launch.
- Agile Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies within our Agile squads, ensuring smooth and effective project execution.
- Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, managing scope, time, and cost to keep projects on track.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Handle multiple internal and external dependencies and ensure effective communication of project progress.
- Risk Management: Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks across teams and third parties, ensuring a seamless delivery.
- Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering collaboration and ensuring successful project outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5+ years in managing complex digital projects, ideally in an agency environment, with a focus on consumer-facing websites and mobile apps.
- Agile Expertise: Strong experience with Agile delivery and Scrum ceremonies.
- Budget Savvy: Proven ability to manage and balance project budgets effectively.
- Multi-tasker: Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, delivering quality results on time.
- Risk Management: Experience in identifying, prioritising, and mitigating project risks.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Atlassian tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication, able to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solver: Ability to influence decisions, improve processes, and troubleshoot challenges effectively.
