My client, a top tier bank, is looking to hire a mid-level Structured Products Lawyer for a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will have a minimum 5 PQE from a top law firm or equivalent financial services institution.
The contractor will be expected to:
- Review and advise on termsheet disclosures and prospectus disclosures
- Assist with structuring queries
- Advise on Retail Structured Products governance issues, attend RSP Governance Committee sessions and preparatory work, as well as monitor industry discussions on RSP Governance
