Zachary Daniels is partnering with a Fine/High Jewellery Brand, looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead the boutique, delivering operational excellence and setting the standard for luxury retail.
Your Role
- Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of sales associates, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
- Exceptional Client Experience: Create a world-class shopping journey by ensuring every client interaction reflects the brand's prestige, from personalized consultations to after-sales service.
- Business Acumen: Drive sales growth through effective management of KPIs, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
