Your Mission: Build ‘Get Ready’ – The Future of Cyber Resilience

The Challenge: Cyberattacks and tool failures are inevitable, but most companies lack operational resilience. AI can enhance crisis response, yet no solution offers seamless preparedness and coordinated action.

The Solution: ‘Get Ready’ – A turnkey cyber resilience platform combining:

  • Secure fallback work environments for rapid recovery.
  • AI-driven risk assessment with real-time resiliency scoring.
  • Automated gap detection & action plans.
  • Immersive crisis simulations to ensure teams are always prepared.

Your Role & Responsibilities as the First Tech:

  • Tech & Product Strategy – Define and execute the startup’s technological vision.
  • MVP Development – Build the first Minimum Awesome Application with CyGO.
  • Security by Design – Integrate best cybersecurity practices at every level.
  • Leadership & Growth – Recruit, mentor, and lead a top-tier tech team.
  • Collaboration – Work hand-in-hand with the CEO, CyGO’s experts, and investors.

Who You Are:

  • Hands-on Tech Founder
  • Technical Leader – Strong background in software development & cloud platforms.
  • Cybersecurity-Savvy – Experience in security frameworks, compliance, or AI-driven security.
  • Startup-Minded – Comfortable navigating uncertainty & scaling products.
  • Entrepreneurial & Strategic – Able to turn vision into execution.
  • Strong Communicator – English required; French is a plus.

  • First meeting with Rahila: A discussion centered on your ambitions and their alignment with CyGO’s goals. Then we’ll take an in-depth exploration of your background and a detailed presentation of how we operate.
  • Second meeting with Aurélie, Co-Founder: A key discussion to evaluate your entrepreneurial motivations and confirm the coherence of our shared vision.
  • Third meeting with Laurent, Co-Founder: A conversation to gain insights into the technical aspects of our projects.
