Water treatment experience
I am working with a client in the water treatment industry who is looking for a skilled sales person with experience in water treatment, purification, RO (reverse Osmosis), softening, filtration, ion exchange, or related. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities, as well as managing existing relationships. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. You will be selling B2B services in the water treatment industry to clients of an industrial nature.
Responsibilities
- Involvement with marketing and sales strategy
- Generation of leads
- Following leads from website, existing customers, and enquiries
- Production of quotes
- Stakeholder communication - new and existing
- Usage of CRM system for tracking and management of pipeline activity
- Progress reports
- Focus on continuous improvement
- High levels of customer care and service delivery maintained
- Focus on proactive learning
Qualifications
- Experience in sales within water treatment industry
- Knowledge of Water treatment technology such as RO, Filtration, Softening, ion exchange
- Need to be able to drive
- Understanding of sales lifecycle, from quotation to completion
- Account Management experience
- Business development experience
- Fantastic communication
This role will be hybrid, requiring customer site visits. You need to be able to drive, as you will be required to travel to customer sites. I am looking for someone who is really strong at business development, whilst upholding the highest levels of account management.
