Job Description
- Handling inbound calls from customers providing sales and technical information
- Proactively calling customers and potential customers
- Identifying new business opportunities
- Meeting sales KPIs
- Dealing with general enquiries
- Processing sales orders using business management software
- Using a CRM system to effectively manage your customers and leads
- Upselling additional services and products
- Mailing out welcome packs to new customers
- General office administration
- Taking payments from customers
- Carrying out parts checks using resources such as Parts Link 24
Skills Required
- Confident telephone manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly motivated with the initiative to work to a high standard in a close-knit team
- Excellent written communication and numeracy skills
- Proven IT skills using Microsoft
- Ability to work in a busy environment
- Being a team player but also being able to work independently to identify opportunities
Qualification/Experience Required
- Previous experience of working within sales desirable
- Minimum of 2 years working within the automotive industry
- Experience in a B2B environment
