Your Role: Ensuring Quality Every Step of the Way
- Quality Control & Compliance – Conduct sampling, testing, and reporting to ensure finished products and raw materials meet required standards.
- Site Monitoring & Audits – Perform allergen monitoring, environmental checks, GMP and hygiene audits, as well as temperature, humidity, and pest control records.
- Process & Document Control – Verify batch documents, packaging specs, and labels to guarantee accuracy before production.
- Lab Testing & Analysis – Coordinate with internal and external laboratories for product testing and compliance.
- Problem-Solving & Continuous Improvement – Flag and investigate out-of-specification results, lead root cause analysis, and drive improvements.
- Customer & Production Support – Issue Certificates of Analysis (CoA), handle customer monitoring requests, and ensure smooth communication across departments.

- Experience in a similar quality, technical, or laboratory role (food, beverage, or ingredient industry preferred).
