We are currently Recruiting for a Senior Residential Support Worker; this is to work in a home with two children and young people needing behavioural and emotional support.

Working as a Children’s Home Senior Support Worker, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people, ensuring that they have an experience of childhood that they can reflect upon and carry with them into adulthood. You will need to have experience at working at senior level or extensive experience within a children’s residential support setting.
The candidate will hold at minimum Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Children & Young People.
You will be expected to develop and maintain effective, positive professional working relationships with relevant professionals and agencies to meet the overall needs of the children in your care., Have proven experience working within challenging behaviour.
