Working across Skills4Pharmacy you will provide valuable and effective support to the Operations Director and wider management team to enable them to deliver on key projects and drive the business to achieve its strategic goals.
You will build and maintain strong, positive working relationships across the wider business to enable you to have a significant impact. As an Executive Assistant you will manage various activities, including the coordination of multiple diaries, travel arrangements and issuing of communications alongside key projects such as board report submissions, ensuring all deadlines are adhered to, providing an exceptional service to direct stakeholders.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Support the Leadership Team with administrative tasks to support the smooth running of the business
· Act as critical and trusted support mechanism to the Operations Director, supporting them to lead the business to achieve our strategic goals and objectives
· Organise and schedule meetings for the Senior Leadership team and wider Management team where appropriate
· Support with email and communications management
· Liaise with the Finance team to source and book appropriate and cost effective travel and accommodation as required
· Support with planned and projects or requests ensuring timely outcomes and work completed to a high standard
· Management of quarterly board report process and associated committee meetings, ensuring all contributors are meeting deadlines
· Prepare presentations and reports as and when required
· Attend and take minutes for meetings both remotely and in person where needed
· Assisting in planning and operating company events
· Maintain strict confidentially with all materials and exercise discretion at all times
· Awareness of GDPR legislation and Data Protection policies
· Regularly review own performance and maintain own CPD record

Grade A-C GCSE in English & Maths

Level 2 Functional skills or equivalent

Experience working as a Personal/Executive Assistant to a Director or board level
