You are a part-qualified Patent Attorney currently working in a private practice, full-service law firm or in-house department looking to make an exciting career move.

You are a technically astute Patent Attorney in training (Technical Assistant), with the ability to quickly understand a broad range of Electronic Engineering, Software or Computer Science related subject matter.

You should have passed your UK Foundation Examinations, and the pre-EQE, and be working towards qualification as both a UK and European Patent Attorney.

You possess an innate interest in new technology and relish the opportunity to advise inventors on a range of patent filing strategies. Naturally, you also pride yourself on your direct client management and relationship building skills, coupled with your ability to prioritise and take responsibility for your own caseloads.
