This is an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Civil Engineer to join a dynamic team and gain hands-on experience across a variety of civil engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of project delivery, from planning and design to site execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with project planning, design, and execution.
  • Supporting senior engineers in site management and ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Conducting site inspections and surveys.
  • Assisting with technical reports and documentation.
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Gaining exposure to a wide range of civil engineering disciplines, including highways, infrastructure, and flood defence.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 2:1 degree in Civil Engineering (or expected to graduate with this qualification).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD and relevant engineering software (preferred but not essential).
  • A valid UK driving licence (preferred but not essential).
