As a Senior Staff Nurse you’re registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC. As well as post-registration experience, you bring knowledge of mentoring and multi-specialty surgical procedures. Ideally, you hold qualifications in teaching and assessment, and management.
As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will:
- Lead by example and be an ambassador for the Hospital’s way of caring
- Recognise talent and nurture junior colleagues, mentoring them to be the best they can be
- Use your excellent clinical skills and empathetic approach to meet each patient’s needs
