A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint an Engineering Surveyor, to commence a new long term role with immediate effect. Your new company are a regional Civil Engineering contractor, who typically specialise in Earthworks, Infrastructure, Civil Engineering, Groundwork's, and Waste, out of their head office in Wiltshire. This opportunity is in relation to an ongoing run of work, involving the construction of a new Bypass on the A38 in Somerset. My client are looking for an experienced candidate, with a strong background in Quality Control, capable of undertaking the below duties:
- Demonstrate understanding of machine control and 3D modelling
- Implementation of Design changes
- As-Builts with GPS - following this the processing of data into Cut / Fill Take Offs
- Inspection and Test Plans
- Digital Quality Inspection Records
- LSS Software
