They are looking for a Civil Design Manager, who will take ownership of projects, as they are winning over more work. Your role as Civil Design Manager will include:

  • Organising the team with their workload and tasks
  • Mentoring junior members of their team for their progression
  • Taking ownership and leading on design projects
  • Attending client and contractor meetings / site visits

The Ideal Civil Design Manager will include:

  • Degree with relevant qualification
  • Proficient in technical analysis software, AutoCAD, and ideally Civils 3D
  • Drainage, infrastructure, and pavement design
  • Commutable to Bristol
  • UK Drivers licence
