Job Specification:

  • Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns efficiently across our full coverage area.
  • Completing remedial work on existing installations to uphold quality standards.
  • Applying electrical knowledge, including fault-finding on 230v controls, wiring heating systems from scratch, and working with smart systems like Hive.
  • Effectively diagnosing and resolving system circulation issues.
  • Replacing 2/3 port valves, pumps, and occasionally TRVs, with a preference for using techniques such as system bungs or depressurisation over full drain downs when appropriate.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
  • Driving extensively between appointments, with route support provided by our logistics team.
  • Offering additional services and works to customers with commission opportunities.

What We Need From You:

  • A valid and up-to-date Gas Safe registration card.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience handling boiler breakdowns/installations.
  • A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • Punctuality, strong organisational skills, and keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
