Job Specification:
- Diagnosing and repairing boiler breakdowns efficiently across our full coverage area.
- Completing remedial work on existing installations to uphold quality standards.
- Applying electrical knowledge, including fault-finding on 230v controls, wiring heating systems from scratch, and working with smart systems like Hive.
- Effectively diagnosing and resolving system circulation issues.
- Replacing 2/3 port valves, pumps, and occasionally TRVs, with a preference for using techniques such as system bungs or depressurisation over full drain downs when appropriate.
- Delivering excellent customer service, ensuring satisfaction at every interaction.
- Driving extensively between appointments, with route support provided by our logistics team.
- Offering additional services and works to customers with commission opportunities.

What We Need From You:
- A valid and up-to-date Gas Safe registration card.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience handling boiler breakdowns/installations.
- A full UK driving license with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Punctuality, strong organisational skills, and keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication skills, a professional appearance, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
