LOADING SHOVEL DRIVER – WASTE MANAGEMENT

Shift: Days (From 6am- 6pm) Monday to Friday

Location: Tilbury, Essex

Paying: £14.00per hour

HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for a Day Loading Shovel Driver to work in a busy Waste Plant within Tilbury, Essex.

YOU MUST HOLD NPORS / CPCS LOADING SHOVEL TICKET FOR THIS ROLE

LOADING SHOVEL OPERATOR EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED EITHER IN WASTE OR AGGREGATES SECTOR.

Key Responsibilities:

• Material Handling: Controlling the loading shovel to scoop up materials from stockpiles or hoppers from recycling plant areas.
• Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the loading shovel to ensure optimal performance.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Site Navigation: Maneuver the loading shovel safely around the site, avoiding obstacles and ensuring the accurate handling of materials.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of materials moved and equipment maintenance

FULL PPE IS REQUIRED – STEEL TOE CAP BOOTS, HIGH VIS, HARD HAT, GLOVES
